First of all, I would like to thank you again for visiting my web sight. I hope this can be a helpful tool to assist you in learning more about Real Estate in the Metro-East areas, which include Scott AFB, Belleville, O'Fallon, Troy, Edwardsville, Shiloh, Mascoutah, and surrounding municipalities. This website also provides information about schools, municipalities, and events/attractions in the area. About me: I am a graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla/Missouri University of Science and Techynology (www.umr.edu / www.mst.edu), the engineering and sciences campus of the University of Missouri system, with a B.S. in Engineering. My engineering work has been divided between two great companies. For 11 years I traveled as a consultant for FM Global (www.fmglobal.com). These travels took me from the Andes Mountains of Chile to the far northern points of Canada (about 800 miles from the North Pole) and from Hawaii to the Alps of the Swiss/Italian boarder. My clients consisted of Boeing, C&H (sugar), Hewlett Packard, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Memorex, and the City of St. Louis, just to name a few. The work was great and interesting, but I decided to change careers when offered a position at Hartwig, Inc. For the next 6 years I worked as a sales engineer with Hartwig, Inc. (www.hartwiginc.com). My largest account was Caterpillar, Inc. While at Hartwig, Inc. I was fortunate enough to have been involved with several large projects at Caterpillar, including the engineering, design, and sale of a $6.5 Million dollar automated manufacturing system. This system was a state-of-the-art manufacturing center. More recently, I have made a career change to real estate. My work in the field of engineering and the customer service that we provided with my previous companies has made the transtion to real estate an enjoyable one. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work with people to help them find what they are looking for. My goal is not to "sell you", but to serve you and assist you in your search for the home that you are looking for, the one that meets your desires. On a more personal note: I am active within the community, working with immigrants and refugees to help them adjust to the cultural differences and difficulties they experience when immigrating from Bhutan, Burma, Nepal, Liberia, the Congo, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, or other countries to the St. Louis area. I am an active Member at New City Fellowship (www.NewCity.org) and serve as a Deacon, as well as in several other areas of service including missions. My most recent trips have been to Peru with the next trip being to Nepal and northern India. |
